So, I found something today that caught my eye.

Apparently they have made a television show about my son. I don't know if I should be proud or not.

At any rate, if you wish to see...

My son happens to be the boy with the white hair. His name is Setsuna.

Ah, youth. If only it came with survival skills built in.

My "world". It is a universe of worlds that are reborn at the end of their lives.

It is... extremely unlikely for the events of our universe to become known to itself. For one thing, people cannot see demons without help or strong senses.

How often do the lives in these worlds end?

One of life's mysteries. I can't say I fully understand, but I imagine that would be expected.

The lives of the world, or the people on it? It does vary; the Conception can easily be brought upon by destroying it. Sometimes it's a few billion years, sometimes it's mere millions.

At any rate, I doubt Michael would allow his own child to be revealed so easily, if it were in our world. It would be too much of a risk factor.

I was wondering about the worlds specifically. Hm...millions...that does seems short by comparison...at least our world has been around for billions of years.

[Wait, he needs a moment to process that there are different Michaels.] Ah, right, so there is an Archangel Michael in your world...I understand.

So what of his child? Why would it be a risk factor?

It can vary, truly. It depends on whether the world is brought to an end or dies naturally.

The angels are naturally enemies to the inhabitants of the Abyss; that child would be in increasing danger.

I see...hm...but if a world doesn't die naturally then what sort of things can bring it to an end?

It sounds terrible. My sympathies for the child, but what's the connection to your son?

There's a few ways. The world's own self-defence mechanisms will kick in if it becomes too angry, for instance. Or people can cause it themselves, in order to recreate it. It sounds easier than it is.

They shared a mother.

Well, I won't claim that it sounds easy, maybe impressive in its own right, especially that a world can have a defense mechanism.

Ahah...forgive me, that must be a minor annoyance for you. I'm under the impression you don't really care for the Archangel Michael.

The one thing YHVH can be praised for is his skills in creation.

Perhaps now you understand my anger when I mistook you for him. We are... old enemies by now.

I see.

Hm, well I can't say that I'm a stickler for religion, but I am aware that Lucifer is one of Michael's oldest enemies. In my case it's pretty ominous since my twin sister was named for Lucifer...but I changed her name.

I hardly mind it. It merely made things less complicated.

Maybe, but I don't dislike you since I'm not the Michael from your world. You remind me of my sister in some ways and I loved her, so don't give it a second thought.

I hope you weren't expecting me to take a severe line...I don't think I would know how.

I'm starting to wonder if you're even capable of ever getting angry.

Seriously angry? I can't remember the last time, though I'm not above getting irritated.

[starofchaos]

You seem to have the patience of a saint. If you'll pardon the expression.

I'd say that's a pretty accurate comparison. I had to be calm growing up for the sake of Lucifel and I do like being laid back, it makes it frustrating for people who want to wind me up and I secretly get a kick out of it.

You might be surprised. I found that there are times I can yell pretty good if I want to, but I've been told that my quiet amusement at the expense of others makes me a twisted little cruller. I like to think of it as having a fun side.

If that makes you twisted, then I do wonder what that means for the nature of the rest of the world.

I can't be sure, I suppose for a good portion of the people on my world their is some kind of secret garden hidden deep inside of their hearts, but it's not often that they share their true selves.

[starofchaos]

True enough. People prefer to get as far away from their true selves as possible. It is the same with many things.
