So, I found something today that caught my eye.

Apparently they have made a television show about my son. I don't know if I should be proud or not.

At any rate, if you wish to see...

My son happens to be the boy with the white hair. His name is Setsuna.

Well, your hologram certainly should have given that away.

I don't know if it really counts as a hologram? That's technology and photography and all kinds of things that are different from being a parasitic life form that absorbs thoughts.

It's actually really complicated.

Well, projection, then. I do apologise for the terminology misfire.

That's okay. It's really hard to explain things even when I use all the right words for it.

Think of it this way.

Your eyes take in thousands of minute details every day, but only show you what is relevant to you at each moment.

As a result, your eyes are capable of deception.

'Thought' is something I'm still getting used to. I never realized it could be inconvenient that way.

The unfortunate thing about the mind is how easily it can be turned against itself. Self-deprecation, for instance. Or delusion.

However, the chances are low of any such problem.
