Maybe it was supposed to. When the Earth died, humans were still living on the planet due to technology. Creatures aren't supposed to outlast the planet - because of that, the Earth called out to the other planets to wipe out humanity. And the other planets sent their strongest creatures to do so.

I'm one of them. Type-Venus, the strongest being from Venus. Or Heavens Corpse.
